The Blue Angels fly the front line premiere fighter aircraft, which is capable of both unmatched air-to-ground and superior air-to-air capabilities. Too many people in this country seem to think that all they have to do, in order to make lots of money, is to sit around and watch it all come to them. The truth of the matter is that if you don’t get off your dead ass and do something, you’ll surely end up being a member of the entitlement class.
Okay then .. I told you that so that I could tell you this …
Not long ago, Apple boasted that its products were made in America. Today, few are. Almost all of the 70 million iPhones, 30 million iPads and 59 million other products Apple sold last year were manufactured overseas.
“Why can’t that work come home?” Mr. Obama asked.
Mr. Jobs’s reply was unambiguous. “Those jobs aren’t coming back,” he said, according to another dinner guest.
The president’s question touched upon a central conviction at Apple. It isn’t just that workers are cheaper abroad. Rather, Apple’s executives believe the vast scale of overseas factories as well as the flexibility, diligence and industrial skills of foreign workers have so outpaced their American counterparts that “Made in the U.S.A.” is no longer a viable option for most Apple products.
Lets face it people .. We are becoming a welfare class nation. People have got it all figured out, in that they don’t care who they vote for, just as long as who they vote for is the guy who’s going to put them on the Government dole.
The entitlement mentality in this country is stunning.
There are plenty of great paying jobs in this country. The trouble is that half of the nation won’t bother themselves with doing them, and the other half doesn’t know how.
Bringing jobs back to American shores is a ruse. We can talk about it all day long, but I think we all know that this isn’t ever going to happen.
Sorry ’bout that Mr. Obama .. You want jobs to come back (so you say), but you’re doing everything within your power to keep them right where they are.
